Mainstream viewing question

I have a 2132 set up on an 8 port Hikvision NVR. Just one camera and I can't view it on HiDDNS in mainstream? Loads in substream fine. When I log into the camera itself under camera management I can view it in Mainstream? Doesn't make sense to me.
