Hello.
I just switched from Comcast to Frontier and replaced my router and modem as well. I have the erros pro 6e router from Frontier. I got my camera system setup about 6 years ago and haven't had to mess with it much. I am inexperienced in IT and network setup but I did manage to get everything set up with the help of everyone here. I have 4 Dahua cameras, a poe switch and a separate computer running blue iris only. I haven't had to do anything in years and when I swapped everything out I knew this would be a challenge for me to get back up and running. So I have everything else in the house back up and running but have spent a few hours on getting my cameras and blue iris up. In this scenario what would I have to do to get everything back up running. I have config tool up and it recognizes them. Do I just need to modify the IP address in the config or in the blue iris settings?

I do see on my new router app that it is DHCP by default. I included some screen shots.

Any help will be gladly appreciated.

You need to reset the cams in BI to the IP addresses as shown in the second image. Make sure that the cams are set to a static IP address, which they should be if they were done that way originally.

Click the configure button and do the setup in the popup that follows.

What is your BI PC's IP address? It would need to be 192.168.1.xxx where xxx is some three-digit number.

Just try doing the find/inspect all over again in BI. Make sure the password is correct.

The router IP makes no difference, as long as the cams are directly connected to the POE switch and the BI PC is directly connected to the POE switch.

Lol still can't figure it out. Here is a new screenshot from updated config tool where ports on all cams say 37777. My blue iris pc ip address is 192.168.4.33 It only has 2 digits?

There is your problem. The BI PC is on a different sub-net than the cams. That is the third set in the 192.168.4.33

The cams are on the 1 sub-net (192.168.1.111) and the PC is on the 4 sub-net (192.168.4.33)

Use the config tool to change the cams to 192.168.4.xxx and then reinstall them in BI using the new IP addresses.

Try one first.

EDIT: THIS ^^^ or THIS below:

I'll wager your cams were assigned static IP's in the 192.168.1.XXX subnet and your old ISP's router's LAN IP (gateway) was 192.168.1.1 and that your BI server is set to DHCP and received the 192.168.4.33 IP from your new ISP's router's DHCP pool.
IMO, I'd leave your cams as they are, log into the new router and change it's LAN to 192.168.1.1 and its DHCP pool from 192.168.1.2 to 192.168.1.99, leaving .100 to .254 for your cams and other static devices
Then assign your BI server a static IP of 192.168.1.200.
All the cam ports being 37777 has nothing to do with your issue.
