I've got a customer who has a weird playback issue. It happens on her IE browser and my Firefox at the office. As well as a copy of iVMS 4200.
Sometimes when she gets an motion event email, she logs in to the dvr and selects that time. She hits play and it loads for a few seconds and then jumps backwards 2 to 30 minutes. When record pulled manually to the time same thing. Skipping past event allows playback. But we can not see the actual events. This is not all events but at least several.
