On PC aspect ratios are correct, on nvr monitor they are not?

Cant find a way to fix this. If you look at cameras 1, 3, 5 and 6 you will see that the 1080 image is squashed in at the sides to what looks like a 4:3 ratio rather than a 16:9. Cant find a setting in nvr to correct.

View on PC is perfect.

in matrix view, the NVR is displaying the camera substream, check those settings.
