Hi,
I have a bit of a weird one.
I've set up Intrusion Detection on my two cameras and Face Detection on my Door Camera, but only get the attached pictures on the mails about 10% of the time.
I get the mails stating the event has been captured, but no photo's.
I cannot see any obvious settings that might cause this.
Just to let you know I'm using GMAIL alongside the NVR (Hikvision DS-7608NI-E2)
