PTZ5a4m-25 1st time user - instructions?

So I put my PTZ up on my test rig. Initialized and all that.
How do I use it?
I was able to set up zones but that is all.
Auto tracking?
IVS zones?
I don’t see any of it in any menu.

There has to be some sort of “start here” post written, I just can’t find it.
How about definitions of all the features and acronyms?

Where is the IVS setup for dummies book?

HELP

I’m running BI but I’m pretty sure I need to set up all the tracking and IVS zones in the camera GUI. Have only added the cam to BI. Haven’t looked for settings there.

I did manage to find IVS rules, I can draw stuff and set auto tracking.
unfortunately the cam doesn’t put a box around a human anymore. Nothing happens.

Which GUI is it - the grey/black or white/blue GUI?

Must be white/ blue gui. Same layout as t54ir-ze-s3. Just some different options. I never set up IVS in the T 54 either, used BI motion for testing.

I can find the IVS and have an intrusion drawn. What I don’t understand is why the PTZ no longer recognizes a human. No box drawn around a person anymore. Was there before I started dicking around.

You probably turned off the IVS rule lines in live view and playback.

Video above is what I’ve done except used intrusion.

I do not get the box around the person. I had it before I started messing around. Now I have no human detection, no vehicle detection either.

I think I’ll try a power down and reboot of the camera.

Restart did it.
