Yeah it should update the percentage. If you need, trigger it and it may help jump the update.

Mine is showing 100% now. It is a shame it cannot give you a low battery warning before it just poops out. Only reason I knew was I saw the mail come and it didn't notify me.
I would hope that it does give a low battery warning at some point like maybe 10-15%, but at 30% you would think that would still be enough?
