So, the pc came in early, on Friday, instead of Monday.
Did a fresh install of Win10. Installed the 2nd NIC. PC on 192.168.1.XX side and cameras on 10.1.1.XX side.
Got BlueIris up and running.
Upgraded all the cameras firmware, restored to factory, and started fresh. New, strong password for each one.
Cameras have a bogus Default Gateway (10.1.1.2 - which is nothing) - I assume that's the right way to do that. Also, no DNS is entered.
Confirmed all the other networking stuff on all cameras was turned off. Unchecked all the UPnP port mapping and disabled.

Should I have values in the "port" section (see pic)? Should ONVIF Authentication be On or Off?
Anything else I can do to help secure the cameras?

Keeping PC off the network until I fully understand how to keep everything secure. Want to better understand BlueIris, connecting iOS from LAN only (I'll VPN for remote access), and massaging my pfSense...

Thanks again for all the help!!!

Oh... With five cameras running so far, CPU is at ~10% and RAM 1.30GB.
