my shutter is only at 1/1000 should I up it

I think I am close I used the shutter to 1/2000 and now I just need 1 car to drive by for the focus

ok I noticed at 1/2000 it got darker so I lowered it to 1/500 and that is the magic number. thanks to everyone for your guidance. I am truly lost without this support

Your focus looks way off there, I think there is still room to get it better. I go and park my car in the road with my laptop and set the focus
