Hello,

I recently purchased a camera via Ali Express, this one:

I was naive and assumed that it would support ONVIF or RTSP, but unfortunately, both do not work. This camera had to be installed with the YI IOT app, so I believe that is the brand.

I want to view and manage this camera on my Synology, but that obviously does not work. I have used NMAP:

Code:
Nmap scan report for 10.0.0.12
Host is up (0.0097s latency).
Not shown: 998 closed tcp ports (reset)
PORT STATE SERVICE VERSION
21/tcp open ftp BusyBox ftpd (D-Link DCS-932L IP-Cam camera)
6789/tcp open ibm-db2-admin?
MAC Address: 88:B5:FF:D6:1B:56 (Unknown)
Device type: general purpose
Running: Linux 2.6.X|3.X
OS CPE: cpe:/o:linux:linux_kernel:2.6 cpe:/o:linux:linux_kernel:3
OS details: Linux 2.6.32 - 3.10
Network Distance: 1 hop
Service Info: Device: webcam; CPE: cpe:/h:dlink:dcs-932l

OS and Service detection performed. Please report any incorrect results at https://nmap.org/submit/ .
Nmap done: 1 IP address (1 host up) scanned in 178.91 seconds
Now, I have read that cameras from YI can also be "hacked."

So that they also support RTSP or ONVIF.

However, I have no idea what type of camera this is. NMAP says D-Link, but I can hardly imagine that?
The app says: 6.0.24.10_202306301451 firmware.

Does anyone know what type of camera this is and which firmware I can use from the "hack" on Github?

Thanks in advance.

Do you see an option on the camera to configure it to use ONVIF ?
Unfortunately there are no settings for RSTP or ONVIF. Only live view in the YI app. That's why I want to know what type my camera is so I can put the Yihack on that.

I am also looking to do the same thing, I have about 5 of these things, half of them use the Yi IoT app, the other ones use V720 app yet they all have the same 2 main boards inside.
Have you made any progress?

Unfortunately, the only solution I can think of is to open the app on a Windows computer, capture the screen using OBS, and then broadcast it again, capturing it on Synology, but that's not a good solution.

Here
Here you are some lead buddy
https://www.elektroda.pl/rtvforum/topic3826771.html
https://github.com/alienatedsec/yi-hack-v5/issues/195
https://github.com/MuhammedKalkan/Anyka-Camera-Firmware

More information could be also gathered by logging into the FTP share (that one open port 21, with just username "root") and looking through the oldest messages file inside of /var/log/.
But personally, I'm glad I purchased my piece of crap from ebay, so I can just have a free refund for the deceiving specification.
