DS-2CD2142FWD-I indoor cam with lots false alarms

hi i have hikvision DS-2CD2142FWD-I and installed latest firmware V5.4.3 build 160902
i have tried different setups but all with no luck
the camera is installed in front of the door in my apartment but the problem is the lights wen the lights turn on i get alarm notification
i have tried motion detect with different settings no luch
i have tryed line crossin but again i got false alarms by the lights on/off
i have tried intrusion detection but again wen lights come on i get false alarm notification
is there anyway to fix this some settings someone had fixed this maybe witht he image settings somehow

because this is a multiapartment building the lights come on and off all the time

lights are movement to the camera, will trigger it. need PIR, or better still an IR beam across that area.

will the hikvision cube cameras do the job they got PIR

Firmware 5.4.4 should help with this. You can set a max size area for a "moving object" before it triggers an intrusion alarm. Just make sure your max size area is smaller than the area of the "moving object" when the lights go out/come back on but larger than a moving person. Enabling rules in your config should help you determine the exact size to go for.
