He may be right that America is headed toward a dictatorship, but is he too dumb to realize Canada is further along? Oh, Yale University professor. That explains it. I imagine he took the job for more money and/or he's more comfortable with Canada's already established dictatorship, and saw the opportunity to take a cheap shot on the way out the door.
