@Dasstrum lol exactly! Yup, p2p is from a 30 ft ladder. I can't say enough about how impressed I am with these things...We used 4 of them on 3 different buildings and they have been flawless. Able to transmit all of the cameras without any hiccups or issues at all.
@Mike I have had a couple instances where I had been planning to use one. Which one did you buy? I have a client thinking of adding a camera or two at his boat dock that is about 300ft away. BUT, there are huge palm trees in between. Would something like that work? I know it's not a huge distance but not exactly clear LOS
@Dasstrum I believe they were Ubiquiti Nanobeam M5-16's . There has to be enough line of sight to transmit a small beam. If you can sneak it through then it should work....Wish I had palm trees in the way to worry about! None of that up here lol
