Installed inside...no idea what caused it...showed up and hasn't left after initial install, showing for a few months now....live image displays just fine (except for the red lettered message at the top of the screen.

Anybody seen the attached message? Restarted, restored and no luck. Haven't tried a total factory default yet.

We've installed about 10 of the P3807 in the district. We've had 3 that form either a pink line, a static looking line at night or a little thin line during the day. All 3 lines run top to bottom. It's almost like one of the 4 sensors is bad, but the line seems to be in the same place on...

Is there a way around having to clean all the lens? Maybe a IR setting change?

Any suggestions? Is there a way to turn the IR off and still pick up color during the day? Out of about 100 new cams, only 8-10 are having this issue.

Same camera after the lights come on. No webbing, everything is nice and clear

When I toggle WDR, the image goes back to normal. That makes me the think the dirt isn't the cause. Plus we have many other outside cams, that don't have this issue. TY for the suggestion
