when I go to the foscam filmware site, which I just clicked on your email, there is no system filmware, app film ware and plug in version under the upgrades for FPI9831P V2. I am going to the wrong place I guess, Where do I go?

I gave up, they haven't answered 5 emails, the one time I got through they ignored my problem. I'm going to buy nest cameras and try and get a refund on these but I bought them direct and I don't think I'll get any replies, I ordered and paid for 2 installation deals in December, they never...

Ok, haven't done any updates yet, I'm going to take the time next week to stay on hold with FOSCAM technology dept. And will get it right, will put the outcome here.

Did you get anything resolved, I just bought 2 FI9831P cameras, the filmware is System 1.5.2.13 and version 2.21.2.11 can't match up to any new versions, stayed on hold for an hour and tech put me on hold three times then said he would email me the files. Never got an email, this was 5 days...
