New RCA HSDB2A 3MP Doorbell IP Camera

I received my EzViz DB1 here is Australia from an Italian dealer on Ebay, and successfully paired with Heath-Zenith SL-2796-02 with a 24VAC transformer. So far havent smelt any burning smells from the chime. Maybe the little power controller that EzViz gives you alleviates the slight 2v...

I gather you use a vpn and dont rely on their apps to push notifications? Im yet to realise instant push notifications with BI. It seems its not quite up to the task of replacing a doorbell app. Am I missing something?

New RCA HSDB2A 3MP Doorbell IP Camera

Also i read that rca have made the firmware scarce whereas laview are open with theirs. I hate that crap, greediness, closed in. I dont want to reward that and will pay 100 bucks more if neccessary. But really starlite and ir sensor is much better too

New RCA HSDB2A 3MP Doorbell IP Camera

Haha thanks for quick reply. The earlier posts of the techs refusing to admit it can use rstp or anything but rca. Their insistant logo on the video image. And now i read that the laview has starlite and ir sensor that the r a does not.

New RCA HSDB2A 3MP Doorbell IP Camera

LaView One halo seems like the best one to get so far to date?. I definitely preferr it to the rca one because of rca's attitude. Laview announcing onvif is a good sign. I would want to use the laview one with BI. The only place i can seem to get it from in Australia is newegg for $333! can...

    New Dahua VTO2101E-P Tcp/ip/SIP doorbell

Does anyone have any experience with this new doorbell? VTO2101E-P Im wondering if it can be used with blue iris without a subscription etc Is it Onvif or at least not restricted to P2P? Tcp/ip in the spec looks promising. And SIP option also interesting. Cant find a price anywhere. Andy?
