a bit more background info we initially were able to remote view the cameras but when I changed phones and tried to reconnect to another phone we lost connection on both phones, im not sure if I clicked "unbind" at some point but not sure where
Hi Alastair I was wondering if you could help me with my most recent problem, I can't connect to the cameras via smartphone on 4g. could this now be an issue with my camera not being on the most recent firmware? I think my box might need updating swell its currently on the v3.4.82 build 160810...

Should this hik connect be as simple as scanning the QR code on my on NVR, inputting verification code and that's it connected?

Ok so I thought his connect was going to be a breeze and that I would ust scan QR code and away we go.. not the case, can anyone shed some light on the function of hik connect or Ivms-4200 or one of the other hik apps??
