Managed to add VTO2000A-2 in SmartPSS. Can it be upgraded from there? And what is the username and password for VTH1550CHW-2 to be added to SmartPSS maybe it can be upgraded from SmartPSS too?

I know the IE is meant to be used with DAHUA products and not any other browser but have issues with IE11 even displaying the field names and contents of the config screens? DAHUA how can I configure what I cannot see!!??

Thanks Tony for the feedback. Tried this but created a user on the HIKVISION and minimum password length is 8 characters, and on the DAHUA the maximum password length that can be entered is 6 characters. Unless there is some modified firmware for the DAHUA monitor. Or else could the DAHUA...

Hi Razor, have the same VTO2000A-2 as in your article and need to open a 12V AC striker. Does the VTO2000A-2 support connecting a 12V AC source and then pressing the unlock button would unlock the door as I have not found any specs? Appreciate your feedback.
