Greetings Question. my captured videos look fine , but live viewing if something in view is moving too fast it will get slow and buffered although the capture looks great. Is there anything I can modify so that live viewing looks smoother? I'm using a hikvision mini dome camera. Thoughts? thanks

Hi is there a parameter in blue iris I can adjust regarding when a recording stops. For example during a recording how long to wait before the recording stops when there is nothing in the frame that's moving Thanks

Greetings I am wondering if anyone has come across this issue. I am using the blue iris mobile app on my android phone. I notice that periodically when I'm viewing any camera the display will get fuzzy and pixelated for a few sec then will look clear again. Any suggestions? Thanks,

Yes same network. Firewall is off on the windows 8.1 machines.

greetings, i have a strange issue. i can access my Hikvision DS-2CD2532F-IWS from my windows 7, linux and android devices with no problem. I cannot connect to this camera from both of my windows 8.1 machines. i cant even ping the camera. Anyone come across this before ? thanks
