How do I reset "No Signal" Alerts
Can someone please explain how to reset the "no signal" tally when using the Blue Iris app? I have one camera that is triggering this warning and I want to be able to reset the total to make it easier to see if changes I make are helping. -

Export/convert Greyed Out
This has me very confused. My designated Bi pc, Win10 Pro 64 bit, has the Export/Convert option greyed out. On my other PC and laptop the Export option is available. Are file format codecs required for this? Or is there something else?
