The H265 HW acceleration seems to be working for me (Intel+VPP, driver 4664), but using UI3 the CPU load is the same as before so maybe the hardware decoding is not working in some cases :(

What version of the Intel HD driver are you using to make h265 HW work? Which decoder is selected? (Intel, DXVA2...)
