so, I am installing a new BI server with these cameras as the LOREX NVR Died and thought it was a good time to do this with BI finally. so I have audio thanks to this post but I am curious how do I activate to talk back through the camera and how can I toggle the LED Flash on it from BI... also...

I just want to say that these LOREX cams are actually PoE... not analog like you kept mentioning. this is over a year old... what did you end up installing?
