I've tried to reinstall the firmware, DH_NVR5XXX-4KS2_MultiLang_V4.002.0000000.5.R.220729, but no difference. I've used both the webinterface and configtool to upgrade the firmware, but no luck.
I've yet to do a factory reset. hhm.. not sure if that's going to help
