You are right.

Foscam undated it firmware and your cameras. Cant use it on wi fi with blue iris, or anywhere else except foscam app.

Just got this message last week when my sound alert on my cam stopped working. It worked fine for 3 weeks, then nothing. When I go to test it in camera properties, I get the alert. Red X on my volume control. Very little to no info on this on Internet. Anyone have a smimliar experience...
