How are the cloud and mobile apps for the Hikvision? That's part of why I was looking at Amcrest because their apps seem to get ok reviews, am also hoping for decent support.

I managed to brick my Foscam NVR by doing a firmware update, it stays at "Loading..." forever. The useless support just says I need to buy a new one since my is out of warranty, no options to debug or to try to fix just told to replace. After that experience I am not going to buy another...
