Hi all, so I have multiple Dahua Clone cameras, I just bought a new one (Valucam), but I can't seem to find a way to change the size of the overlay for date, name etc. on the camera. Was this option removed? On my other cameras the overlay is nice and compact, but the new one's overlay is close...

Thanks again, I renamed the folders, consolidated the clips to the same folder and I deleted and regenerated the database for good measure. Fingers crossed everything looks good when finished. :)

So I have a strange issue. For some reason Blue Iris is not assigning it's recordings correctly. It is filling up the main drive, even though the rule is set to leave 3tb free on the main drive and then move files to a 2nd drive. I have deleted the database and regenerated it several times but...

Hi all, so I have 3 DS-2CD2442FWD-IW Hikvision cameras. For some reason one of the cameras does not switch to the main stream when it is recording. I imported the settings from one of the other cameras but it still does not switch streams. Is there a setting that I can update on the camera...

I just emailed support, I also linked this thread, so if there are others experiencing this issue I would advise adding to this thread so that support can gauge the issue.

I am experiencing the same thing. I just finished rebuilding the database this morning and it is again showing it is corrupt. :(

yeah, it is really weird, when I look at the calendar on the right hand side, only several random days are showing with clips available. I have checked to make sure no specific day is selected.

I have 3 4tb drives which I have Blue Iris Archive in 30 day increments. So each clip is a separate recording, I don't combine clips, so alerts should not be an issue. How does Blue Iris know how to rebuild it's database? Does it look at all clips in the storage and archive folders?

Hi all, so over the last couple of days Blue Iris has not displayed more than a day's worth of recorded clips (I have it set to store 90 days of video). I presume there is an issue with the database. If I delete the database can Blue Iris reconstruct the database for all the clips I have...
