I've tired both ways - my bullet cameras worked fine with a poe switch connect directly to my pc. with the 3132 I have tired it on the switch and I have tried it with a separate power supply.
The SADP tool will find it and I can access it that way - but nothing else will

I've just been looking at the different mtd6ro_mod files i have (and opened them with notepad) and the first line has the serial number and the model number - it looks like i do have 2 different files so I have managed to get a second camera working.
