    Looking for thumbnails in the video clip page for the camera in DMSS App. Thumbnails do appear for notifications so they are working and are setup correctly. See attached image.

    External IR Emitter is the way to go. On the 2 of the cameras that do not have external constantly removing webs and in process of adding external for those.

    Is this attached to NVR? What are your Period Settings. Hard drive also needs to be set to record.

    Hi, Is anyone using IDMSS+ and it is no longer working with SMS Tripwire Notifications? Working yesterday but today it is no longer working. Everything looks good on NVR timeline is recording the IVS Tripwire Events, etc. but just not pushing to the phone. Thanks, David

    Try IDMSS. Not the latest but you do not need a Dahua account.
