    Problem solved: I was using the wrong password. It's not the one you use to log into the Neos website........it's the original one you used when you first log into the Neos app.

    Thanks for that, but we are now on version 15. I did add the camera exactly as it says......but nothing.

    tinycam pro neos smartcam problem.

    Can't get this to work. I add a camera, tell it it's Neos Smartcam, add email and password, click top box ( Camera state ) all the boxes fill up with 0. Eventually it comes back with " unsupported auth scheme [Bearer authParams=(realm+Doorkeeper)] Can anybody help ?
