I didn’t know that it would not roll over to the IP if the key failed or I wouldn’t have.

I am lucky if my IP changes once every two years....

I have the software key AND the IP address in the app. It wouldn’t connect while the site was down. I thought it would revert to IP, but it didn’t.

The actual blue iris software.com was down I tried from home, then vPn into office, but it’s up now

Is BI website down for everyone? I can't access my cameras remotely on 4.8.5.3 suddenly from my iphone. You can get to them via a webpage, but not the app. Tried to update the software, can't bet to the site either.

Nope, doesn't do it. I know you need to input the first five and last five. I have had that working since it first came out. Now though all three systems give the same error. I am thinking it's the app on my phone bc for all three to give it doesn't sound right.

So are you saying delete the app, reinstall or that the first 5 / last 5 needs to be deleted?

I have three instances of BI running at different locations. We had an IP change at one location, first time in a year, on my iphone I click the get IP and it comes back with "Key Not Found". I tried the other two locations, same thing. Any idea what's going on?

I tested not as service, you are right, runs perfectly fine.

Why would you say you don't need to run it as a service? I need mine to start up if the power is out for extended time, etc. The service was the best way I found.

Ok, without flaming, I assume you say move on to Win10, whats that going to gain me? I haven't messed enough with Win7 to want to make the move yet. - - - Updated - - - Ok, if you run win10, and it's not a service, what are you going to run it as?

So basically if you want to keep it running as a service, which most people would do, you can't run HA.....right?

Forgot to put that info in there. Yes Win 7, BI As a service.

I have tried HA on two different BI computers. One running Intel HD 3000 and the other running Intel HD 4600. Both with the latest drivers on the computer, once HA is enabled, you get a no signal and it won't work. They are all HIK cameras also, nothing seems to make them work. Any suggestion?
