    i think you should download this Advanced IP Scanner - Download Free Network Scanner. and find the nvr ip address. or have a friend or someone that knows how to work with it to login to help you out.

    i'm from Brooklyn and i know many local installers. they usually charge $500-$600 per hikvision camera. besides the nvr plug the hard drive. and i don't think any of these installers use blue iris.
