You are using two switches to feed the nanobeam. Just disconnect one switch and test. Switch it back on and disconnect the other switch and test. Is one camera more jumpy than the other. I had exactly the same issue and I have the K series NVR using 5 Switches. Problem was a badly terminated...

Are the cameras connected directly to the Poe switch and not through a patch panel first? What switch is being used? Have you cut the existing connectors off and crimped new plug connectors on?

Do not use stranded. Solid only. Cat5e is much easier to work with than cat6.

The DS-1280ZJ-M is for the 2385 etc The 2383G0 is a Chinese model? The DS-2CD2385G1-I is the model we use here in Europe and uses the junction box DS-1280ZJ-DM21 However these boxes are bigger than the camera which I never liked so the DM8 could be a flush fit but I might have to get one and test.

Picked up a few of the LU models but can’t get a minute to rig them up outside. Powered one up in my huge garage and it looked fantastic.
