Just upgraded to 2019 firmware - all cameras work without reset. Do I need to reset NVR anyway? And can you give me the link to 2021 firmware you mentioned? Thanks!

No, I'm talking about constant disconnect issue. In my recordings it is seem as gaps in footage from time to time (please see attachment)

Do you have both international and chinese cameras connected to you NVR with 4.0 firmware and it works well with all cameras?
