THANKS MAN! That did the trick (with my normal router) that has not worked during countless tries! So maybe by picking Norway/Sweden as a country pointed us to a cloud-server that doesn't work or exist.

I'm still unable to get it to work. I did try another router, but no success as well. Maybe I should try to get my hands on an Android device. Did you use the RCA app?

I just finished setting up NordVPN on my router and changed my location to California. Verified location change on my phone before attempting setup. Unfortunately still fails :( Will try LaView app later this evening. Maybe I will try calling support once again.
