I got it. I had to enable the vpn network connection on my computer as a home network and not a work network ,it then pulled it right up. I had it working with the blue iris app on my phone and ipads but couldnt get it to work on my desktop. Guess i just didn't play with it enough.

I finally got open vpn to work on my windows desktop. This computer however is already running a local BI server. I can log into open vpn at my remote location from this desktop but cannot find the remote BI server on the vpn. It works on my phone fine, just trying to get it on a desktop also...

Eyezon works great for now. Just got off the phone with the monitoring company from running a test. It wasn't 5 seconds after I set the alarm off they had it and my cell phones where lit up with text messages.

update- i was able to short the eprom and return the installer code back to default and reset it to my own without erasing all the programming. I installed the eyezon 4 and its up and running for now. i signed up for monitoring through the eyezon site, said it would take a couple days. good...

I have the original program sheet the installer left back in 1999 and PARTIALLY filled out. Lockout on is marked yes. He didn't fill in the install code however. I tried several default codes with no joy.
