Sweet! LTS is releasing an ONVIF compatible doorbell with SD card slot and 940nm IR

NVM, got it back up and running after a reset. Very thankful it's working again, tried the Arlo video doorbell (wired) over the weekend, horrible experience! 4-10 second lag with live view, video doesn't even show up with button press. So happy to have my hikvision back. Had it almost 4 years...

I tried resetting it, turns on, says the doorbell is running, then connection failed. The device is completely deleted from the app. I then go to set it up, I run through the setup, it connects to the wifi, then it says activate, I set a password, but when I click activate it says activation...

I need some help please. I've had this doorbell (RCA brand) for the past 3 years working great (using Nelly's 180726) but Thursday it stopped working. It completely disappeared from my hik connect app and when I go to hik connect website it's no longer there. I've tried resetting it, changing...

Anyone else experiencing inconsistency with the notifications for doorbell presses using hik-connect? I get all motion detection notifications almost instantly but the button press ones are hit and miss. I do have the app loaded on my phone and my wife's, if that has any effect on it.

With Blue Iris, can you still get phone notifications when someone rings the doorbell and be able to video chat to them directly? If so how does it compare to the app, any delays?

Does resetting the camera via the web portal accomplish the same thing as using the physical button? I upgraded the firmware and want to do reset as I've set the motion sensitivity to low and chosen the motion zones yet still get alerts each time a car goes by .

Issue here. I have an RCA variant of this device that I just updated the firmware using ivms-4200 for Mac to 180726 downloaded off Nelly site. Everything appears to be working fine but now when I get a notification for motion detected, it used to save in the messages area of the RCA security...
