What are the differences between those two cameras?

Yes, I use built-in AI where available and AI in BI if camera does not have one built in. Still get some false positives though.

This is really good info! Thanks.

What are the differences between those two cameras?

Yes, I don't expect this camera to be used to identify but to capture any activity that occur in the backyard area given the location where the camera would be (under the soffit which is 2-story high and it's the only place I can run CAT6 ethernet to) though there is a possibility I can run CAT6...

What are the differences between those two cameras?

:) That is what I was thinking - whoever might want to climb over the fence would think twice seeing those leds (yes, it has happened twice since I installed dome camera and recorded the events).

Did you have a different camera prior to getting 180-degree camera? Are you satisfied with it?

What are the differences between those two cameras?

That's not too bad. The camera would be positioned kind of 2-story high and pointing down to the patio area and yard; and like I said earlier I have landscape lighting I leave on until midnight or so. Any issues with attracting insects and them leaving some deposits like they do with dome camera?

What are the differences between those two cameras?

Thanks for the link to that thread. Seems a bit bright. I guess that's the trend going forward with new IP cameras?

What are the differences between those two cameras?

Duh. Thanks. How bright is those leds? Can they be dimmed? I guess my concern is too bright may distract the neighboring properties.

What are the differences between those two cameras?

Both seem to show same model but each has a different price (both sold at Amazon): Link #1 Link #2 I am thinking about getting one for backyard replacing the dome camera which seems to attract insects; and insects leaving some deposits which I have to get the ladder and clean the dome twice a...

Looking for a decent doorbell camera that works with BI

Hello all. I've had Reolink doorbell in operation for at least two weeks or so. I'm still tweaking the camera settings. Yesterday there was overcast sky (mostly white bit gray) which made the background a bit bright and someone came to the door. The individual's face / appearance was dark which...

Looking for a decent doorbell camera that works with BI

Thanks for the information, this is interesting. I have the wireless relay module at the mechanical chime location and I believe this would require additional wire(s) from the basement given the multifunction time relay is fairly large and cannot be concealed at mechanical chime location. My...

Looking for a decent doorbell camera that works with BI

The doorbell camera is installed and the wiring with the wireless relay module is done. Everything works though there's a bit oddity with the mechanical chime. The chime makes sounds kind of twice - the second chime is softer I would say maybe a second apart. That is something I can live with...

Looking for a decent doorbell camera that works with BI

Got Reolink Doorbell WiFi the other day and earlier today I set it up on my workbench so I can configure it with my WiFi and add it to BI. Everything works as expected. Furthermore, I'm waiting for the wireless relay module to arrive later this week. I found one at Amazon that would work with 12...

Looking for a decent doorbell camera that works with BI

Reolink doorbell comes with a plug-in wireless doorbell chime which I don't want to use and that's where 433mhz relay module comes into play. It seems like the best option at the moment.
