WriteBlueAlert no no bitmap 0 - new error

You are correct, my apologies. I misread the number. It is 5.5.2. As a work around, turning off the pre-trigger buffers on the trouble cameras (across all profiles) stopped my errors. But I'm going to add them back as I do like that functionality. ETA: After adding the pre-buffers back...

Alright, I heard back from Ken, and he said he's making a change to .21 that should resolve this.

WriteBlueAlert no no bitmap 0 - new error

Yeah, I would think this is a combination of triggers. I got it on another camera now, almost non-stop: Line 49164: 2 11/1/2021 5:30:08.649 PM a185 WriteBlueAlert no bitmap 0 Line 49175: 2 11/1/2021 5:30:20.488 PM a185 WriteBlueAlert...

    Blue Iris UI3

not at all frustrated by you or UI3. it's trying to find the gremlins that keep popping up on otherwise well working systems. Whether it's an update, hardware failure, or some other trigger, it goes form flawless to useless - and everything in between, in a matter of minutes. just wish...

WriteBlueAlert no no bitmap 0 - new error

i was seeing them again, but on the same camera over and over. After carefully looking at all the camera variables, I found that I had mismatched specs between the main and substream on the camera gui. specifically, main was set to h264 and the sub was h265. Once I change them both to h265...

    Blue Iris UI3

ok, so one thing possibly related to the UI3 interface. I have one camera that is working as it should but when as soon as I use my mouse wheel to zoom in on the camera, the screen goes black. At "fit' it reappears, but any zoom level it goes black. This is both on my normal chrome profile...

I've yet to see the GPU using more than 20%. i'm using an i7-6xxx for the BI server, so it should be handling the intel beta HWA. i did notice that all my HWA had turned off as of this AM, so I had to manually turn it back on. Since this apparently has nothing to do with UI3, I hate to add...

    Blue Iris UI3

No, an i5 SFF running at 30%. I just changed the cameras to h265 and the frame rate through the UI3 just jumped to match the recorded frame rate on the overlay. So it's something about how h264 is being webcast. it just doesn't make sense. I'm trying several other cameras to see if that...

What's crazy is when I log into individual cameras directly, they are smooth as silk.

Just wondering if these values point to a specific set of circumstances? I'm running UI3 version 182, Blue Iris version: 5.5.1.18 i'm replacing network switches thinking perhaps it's a bandwidth issue.

Sorry, yes, I should provide more detail. CPU is around 50%. i think it's network related and am trying to hunt it down. BI server is crashing every few minutes. Something got hosed.

What would cause this level of delay? I'm getting horrible frame rates on playback - not just UI3...

I did and the next release resolved it for me... But with the last two releases, it returned. Just this am I awoke to a bunch more.

My errors came off of two cameras every few minutes. While I do have some externally triggered cams, neither of the two problematic cameras have them.

Interesting. My problems have not returned since the latest updates. I wonder if there's something unique about your hardware. Have you tried sending an email to support?
