Ken replied. Said I likely have something other than a txt file in the logs directory. Sure enough: I must have inadvertently backed up that camera to that directory. I'm guessing you have the same issue?

Ok, email just sent to Ken. I updated to the latest version (I know, I know, bad to be on the bleeding edge) to see if it's been fixed. But it happened again last midnight. I'll post back when I hear from him.

I had to double check. I'm pretty sure that at some point in the past I did save the logs to a NAS, but I must have changed it back to the local drive. Currently the path is C:\BlueIris\log\%Y %m.txt.... so it's most definitely on the OS SSD.

Yeah, I'm now getting the tests from the pushover dashboard instantly on PC and phone. It's something on the BI side. When I do a "trigger now" it is taking minutes. I'll try the command line now.
