    Unable to get DS-2CD2432F-IW to record to NAS share

    Hmmm...I believe recordings manually performed from the live view are sent to the local drive, unlike event recordings which are sent to a configured storage device. That's how mine works, but yours could be different. Maybe a more experienced member could clarify?

    Custom Firmware Downgrader 5.3.0 Chinese to 5.2.5 English

    Thanks. This downgrader worked on a Chinese DS-2CD2032-I, 03/2015. Decal showed V5.2.8_141231, but original f/w was V5.2.5 build 141201. Restored with this downgrader after unsuccessful attempt at f/w update to 5.3.0. MTD hack not required after using downgrader.
