I can only select alerts or all. See attachments please.

[*=left]I have some motion clips which I can only see on my BI 4 PC if I tag "all" clips in the clip view header. They don't show up under alerts clips. Any clues how to solve this? The ones I don't see under alert clips are the ones marked as motion in the message view under status messages.

I am pretty sure that the port you use are blocked by your company. I experienced the same issue.
