Hi, Many thanks for responding. The PTZ when connected via ethernet IP (Shown on my Sky Router info) is 192.168.0.33 the NVR I also have connected to the router via ethernet the IP for this is 192.168.0.32. I have no idea what my LaN address range is. Just using a basic Sky Broadband Router...
