I have 3 Hikvision DS-2E4A425IW-DE 4MP cameras on our home. I have been using them for about 2 months and have had no trouble with setup or use. They record continuously (via Onviv) to an ICRealtime 716N NVR, which I have been using for 4 years. I also have 3 (Onviv connected) Dahua autotracking cameras (2- 4 MP and 1- 8MP) and 2 fixed 1 MP ICRealtime cameras connected to the same NVR. The problem I am having is that the Hikvision cameras seem to pause recording for approximately 10 seconds every 2 minutes on a 24/7 basis. This seems to miss a lot of my MD events. The Dahuas and ICRealtime cameras do not have any pauses (except for power loss or maintenance events). The problem does not seem to change when I lower the resolution or fps to their lowest settings. When I switch to a substream, however, the pauses disappear, but of course the resolution stinks!
Any thoughts on these pauses? Am I overloading the NVR? ICRealtime has not been helpful. They do not respond to emails, nor return phone calls...
