Yes, I've upgraded without issues, mainly to test the "Doorbell ring". That feature worked once and then no more. I didn't reset the settings when I upgraded so maybe I should try that. Besides that I believe the delay in talking has been improved, but I have to test some more to be sure.

Those things work without subscription. Though, if you want an image sent with the notification (called rich notification) you need a subscription.

Don't know if you got this solved but I got the same error message with my Reolink doorbell and I changed HW acceleration for the camera to "Intel Beta" and the message went way. Not sure if it's possible to validate if the acceleration really works, but the status window says I2.

I'm using BI and RTSP to monitor the POE doorbell and display it on my wall tablets, but I'm using the Reolink app for the communication. Most of the times the live stream shows immediately in the app independent if I'm on LAN or mobile. Though, every now and then the live stream times out...

I don't think it will work out-of-the-box, but I think someone in this thread made a hack.

From what I can see in the Windows client, it's just instructions on how to configure the chime, using the buttons on the chime itself. So not possible to configure remotely unfortunately.

Received my POE doorbell today and tried to add it to BI. Used the Find/inspect option but no automatic config is made and no picture is shown. Both IP and user/pwd double checked. Can't find any option in the Reolink app that needs to be enabled to allow remote access. Any hints are welcome.

Thank a lot guys. I like your suggestions. Had another look at my door and I think I will find a way to do a nice installation. Just placed a pre-order for the POE version. Will ship in Europe Dec 19, so if I'm lucky it will be an early Christmas gift.
