Neighbor wants what I have but that's not going to happen.

Why do you say he missed the other two reasons? He clearly said that he assumes the other things you say are true. -

I upgraded a few days after v5 became available. It was a smooth upgrade for me and things have been smooth ever since. (running 9 cameras on Win 10) -

Back when I was crashing I did just that and sent the crash report to Ken at BI Software. He's the one who suggested I set BI to run as a service. -

Ha. I didn't know that. It has been up 4 days plus, which I think is the last time the software was updated. -

From that point of view, it looks like the crashes are gone. (Unless I'm not using it the Event Viewer right.) -
Reolink decided not to add iFrame interval because it'll cause issues for "some people".
I have several ReoLink cameras that work moderately well. I need cameras with built-in microphones and it is hard to find inexpensive cameras that have a mic in them. I'd welcome some other options. (And the legality of recording audio is not an issue.)- GBJames

I can't be sure but I _think_ it stopped. Or at least the only BI reboots I've noticed are from automatic updates I have set. If BI has crashed and recovered it has done so quietly enough for me to not notice. -
