PTZ controls no working under NVR
very old thread, but for record purpose, set PTZ setting as picture below, if pop up appear 'PLEASE SET PTZ PROTOCOL OF CURRENT CHANNEL FIRST" when select PTZ control menu. Happened to one of my customer recently.
