I have an older Dahua Hybrid DVR I need to upgrade my firmware to make use of the newer control software. I downloaded the newest firmware from Dahua but the DVR isn't recognizing it. I believe it is so outdated that it doesn't see it. Can anyone lend a helping hand?

I am having a password issue with an unauthorized Hikvision camera. All cameras were working fine then about a week ago this one stopped connecting due to a password failure. I have tried contacting HikvisionUSA and also tried the backdoor resolution on the first page of this thread. Neither...
