I think port is blocked by ISP. I have port open in firewall port 1935 tcp & udp but when I do a port check it still says closed. Thanks

I have been unsuccessful in setting up a youtube stream via rtmp But looking at P2P settings it is showing Offline Does this have anything to do with rtmp?
