hi nayr, just tried your suggestion of plug it in directly to the laptop and open browser 192.168.1.108 and it said it couldn't load the page. any idea? thanks

Thanks nayr, I'm still trying to piece my system together at this time and don't have all the pieces yet so I'm lacking the nvr with POE switches, but at the same time I want to test out the camera and was trying to find a compatible 12v adapter to work with.
