My Ipcam became unresponsive a few days ago. Tried using different POEs and an external power supply. No go. I can't even ping it. All it does is pan every few moments after power is supplied. Guess mine is dead.
Sorry. I corrected my mistake already.
Thanks for the heads up.
Re: the 180726 firmware, yes, it's a Nelly's firmware. I think there's a Box link in here somewhere.
Here's my experience with this video doorbell:
- I have the Hikvision HES302W. I think this is the OEM Hikvision model.
- I am using a 16VAC 30VA transformer to power the doorbell and a Nutone mechanical chime. It's very important to have a stable power supply.

Hi All. Has anyone successfully updated the firmware via the SD card? If so, can you walk us through it? In the 90 pages or so that I've read, this method for updating the firmware has come up several times but I can't find any instructions on how to do it.
Thanks.
Yes, I did use an IE browser. Same errors with firefox.

I tried to update the firmware but it won't take the...
I also found another odd error. When I go into the PTZ settings on the NVR, I get an "error: network is disconnected or abnormal" message on all the cameras connected. The problems are probably related but I haven't been able to find a way around it yet though.
I just connected a Dahua IPcam using Onvif. I'm able to get a live feed but I still get the same "operation failed or no permission error" though.
What version is your NVR firmware?
Hello all. For those of you who updated to 3.0.21, is the PTZ function on NVR working properly?
I get an "operation failed or no permission" error whenever I try to use the PTZ or presets.
My current firmware is 3.0.13 and am using a HikVision PT cam.
Thanks.
