Where can you set if it uses the main stream or sub stream for deepstack analysis? Thanks

For some reason I can't get my one camera to switch to HD to record an alert from deepstack they are just low quality. My other cameras work fine so not sure what is going on. The first one is the one not working and the other two work fine. I just upgraded to 5.5.1.8 and didn't make a difference.

How would you say this compares to the IPC-HFW7842HP-Z?
